Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
Sometimes (random crash) the xserver seems to crash on watching a movie in
mythtv with xvideo extension.
Black screen, and restarting xserver with Ctrl+Alt+Backspace does not work
then. Ctrl+Alt+Delete does work, so kernel is still running, and ssh to the
machine also works. Swithing to a terminal does not work also.
X.org.log shows many lines:
(EE) intel(0): underrun on pipe B!
(EE) intel(0): underrun on pipe B!

At the moment there are no config lines for the card in my xorg.conf, but had
those crashes also with:
Option "AccelMethod" "exa"
Option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy"
Option "ExaNoComposite" "true"
Sometimes it runs, but i think the crash occurs only on starting of a
video.
