Public bug reported:
There used to be a tab in System/Preferences/Removable Drives and Media
to turn on or off the auto mounting of USB hard disks. This option is no
longer present and Ubuntu always auto mounts the disks when connected.
This makes USB disks in Ubuntu unusable in multi user environment
because the user logged in is the owner of the drive and other users
can't write to it. Also this is seriously annoying! Can you please
restore this option how it was it Gutsy?
