I am very disappointed by that.  You can not expect every user of
Ubuntu to be a trained tester/debugger who can provide a yellow brick
road to the solution.  I thought the whole point of Ubuntu was to get
more people using Linux as a viable alternative to Windows or MAC OS?
I had a serious issue happen, provided the best info I could, trying
my best to help this cause.
