I'm going to tentatively mark this "Fix Released" based on your previous
comments that the vanilla upstream 2.6.26 kernel is working for you and
as you mentioned since Intrepid is based on a 2.6.26 this theoretically
should be solved for Intrepid. If this is not the case when you do find
a chance to test, please feel free to flip the status back to "New".
