Public bug reported:
The Ubuntu *server* installer (Hardy at least) does not allow me to select UTC.
I know the dialog is location based, but there really should be an option for
UTC, either at the top or bottom of the list.
Note that UTC is not the same as GMT. London is GMT but can be subject to
daylight savings.
It makes absolute sense to run servers in UTC with servers across the globe, as
it's consistent, no daylight savings fuss, and so on.
Now I need to tweak this manually after installation, which is really an
unnecessary pest.
I don't care about this much in terms of the desktop installer and any
desktop date/time tools.
