Can you check if you have the file /sbin/lrm-manager in your system,
otherwise install jockey-gtk and try again...


On the other hand, I see you're running kernel 2.6.26-2-generic, so why do you 
need the restricted modules of 2.6.24-19? You will not be able to use them...
