Public bug reported:
From what I can remember this has been around since I have tried
Ubuntu.
I guess this is a bug, the Canadian Maritimes has been put in the
Eastern time zone GMT -3 when really it is in the Atlantic time zone or
GMT -4. We are one hour ahead of Eastern Time, we use Atlantic Time.
There are three provinces in The Maritimes (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick
and Prince Edward Island) two capital cities are listed Halifax and
Moncton, missing is Charlottetown the capital city of the third province
in the Maritimes.
