The manual check integrity doesn't seem to work... I selected Tools|Check Integrity and it reported this operation cannot be performed Then I selected Tools|Check Integrity again, this time saying that I would use a md5 file (and selected the one one the disc). After calculating the image checksum, it said some files are corrupted on disk. A check with md5sum shows that they are not corrupted.
