I'm currently using Intrepid, and the behavior of the audio chip has
changed! Now I have functioning audio capture... but I also have
strange volume mixer behavior. I now have two mixer controls ("Master"
and "Headphone") that seem to multiply each other, and I also have a
"Front" control that does nothing. In addition, my audio goes silent if
either "Master" or "Headphone" is below 50 volume.
