Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
Hi,
I just upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid and have xserver-xorg-video-intel
version 2:2.4.1-1ubuntu1 installed.
I see the following error in Xorg.0.log:
(EE) intel(0): overrun on pipe B!
The symptoms I can see are:
- when loading gdm, the screen flickers and displays horizontal black lines
- everytime I launch an app once logged in, the screen flickers
- may not be related, but Compiz does not work anymore (used to in Hardy)
My video card is an integrated Intel 945GM card.
Attached is my Xorg.0.log file.
