So is this bug about:
a) The buddy icon not being displayed on Yahoo accounts (on which case
it's a duplicate of bug #119996), or
b) The possibility to set the icon in two different ways (single
account/global) being confusing?
If it is b, please update the description of this bug to only talk about
this particular issue.
