Suddenly, after working perfectly during two monts, teh menu of applications 
dont work anymore and its impossible to acces them.
The system is:

Pentium 4 Celeron socket 775.
Mother ECS P965T-A
500 Gbytes Hard disk Serial ATA II
4 Gbytes of RAM DDR2 533 Mhz.
Video ASUS NVidia EN 7300 GT is working very well with LCD Monitor Samsung 
Syncmaster 740 NW

UBUNTU 8.04 continues running properly only: Firefox, internet, Google
Earth, and Skype and video camera without any kind of problems

Windows XP pro, continues working full and normally.
Windows report 400 Gbytes available on hard disk

Suddenly I receive a message from UBUNTU 8.04 System monitor:
 0 bytes available on disk
