Public bug reported: The HDF package as built clashes with libnetcdf4 This causes a problem with packages that require both HDF and netcdf installed, eg. gdal-bin, also GMT and grass.

The packages I get are... libgdal1-1.5.0 1.5.1-3 gdal-bin 1.5.1-3 libnetcdf4 1:3.6.2-2 libhdf4g 4.1r4-21 libhdf5-serial-1.6.5-0 1.6.5-5.2build1 "lsb_release -rd" gives...
