Its not very clear to me why you want to rebuild openscenegraph:
libopenthreads7 and libopenscenegraph7 are both binary packages of
openscenegraph ?
If you are talking about the NBS list
(http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-archive/NBS/) then only osgcal needs to be
rebuilt (if the FTBFS is solved).
