Public bug reported:
When you try to save a WPA WiFi Connection system-wide, Network Manager
shows an error ("Adding Connection Failed: Saving connection failed..").
If you save it normally (Without "System-Wide" checked, it works fine.
I attach a screenshot of the error if you want to see it. I am using
Intrepid Ibex updated up to today.
