The newest kernels always stop booting.
2.6.20-16-generic is fine, but no other of the newest listed by Grub will
work on my PC.
Following information I got on bug #238094, I did install test package
http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/linux-image-2.6.27-1-generic_2.6.27-1.2_i386.deb.
It apears in grub, but still stops at step "io scheduler cfq registred"
- Intel Core 2 Duo
- Grafics : ATI Card
