With all due respect to Michael Vogt (he has way more experience here
than I do), this does not seem like a triaged, high-importance bug.
The /sbin/lrm-manager script is included in linux-restricted-modules-
common, and linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24-19-generic depends on that.
The script
/var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24-19-generic.postinst reads:
#!/bin/sh
case "$1" in
configure)
lrm-manager --kver=2.6.24-19-generic
;;
esac
which seems fine to me...
So I cannot explain this problem...
