** Description changed:
Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati
hi, i'm using the radeon driver for my notebooks(HP compaq nx6325) graphics
card
ATI Technologies Inc RS485 [Radeon Xpress 1100 IGP]
everytime when returning from suspend to ram i can see green, vertical lines
in the upper third of my display
this is no issue to me, because they are gone when i get asked for the
password
but also (only) the first vitual console is garbled in a similar manner.
it just has no color, the letters are not readable
i think this is a hint to some sort of memory corruption cuased by the X
driver
- here is some lspic output, dmesg and Xorg.0.log are attached
