Using intrepid and the 0.9.11 packages from https://launchpad.net/~themuso/+archive my Alsa Master volume is still reset everytime I start pulseaudio (it gets set to 93). I can easily reproduce by lowering the volume, killing pulseaudio and then starting it again. This causes the volume to be set to 93 again.
