This was fixed in pygobject:
pygobject (2.15.3-0ubuntu3)
* New patch, 69_pyg-register-pointer-typo, fixes crash on x86-64 due to
typo (s/&type/type) in pyg_register_pointer(); GNOME #550463.
* Remove the bogus Breaks added in 2.15.3-0ubuntu2.
and indeed also python-gtk2 2.13 was uploaded.
