When you have Sort by Name in Nautilus files with international
characters aren't displayed in the correct order.
Steps to reproduce:
Create files Aa Åå Ää Cc Oo Öö Zz
Order displayed:
Aa
Åå
Ää
Cc
Oo
Öö
Zz
Expected order:
Aa
Cc
Oo
Zz
Åå
Ää
Öö
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04
$ locale
LANG=en_DK.UTF-8

Importance: Undecided
