Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, I don't classify this as a bug. I assume you are
using the gnupg-plugin for vim. You have to disable the use of gpp-agent
for this plugin in order to have it work in a script. Then you will have
to manually enter the passphrase as you are used to. Thanks for your
understanding and cooperation.
