Is there any additional details about the proposed keysigning party,
such as time, place, and type of party (e.g. do we need to submit key
fingerprints ahead of time?)? For what it's worth, I am an
assurer/notary for CAcert and StartSSL and would be happy to perform
assurances there at no cost. Additionally, I'm interested in PGP
keysigning as well.
