Hi Pablo, thanks for your insights. We've been in talks with Futura in order to restrict the promotion to the event only and our conferences and to not use our mailing lists but the social networks instead.
It seems that we were the only community who had never signed before this kind of agreement, but we've done promotion in the past as several of our members have given speeches and workshops during previous versions of it. As long as we don't have to promote contents that are not related to our conferences or the activity itself, and as long as we don't have to expose our members to undesired information we feel comfortable with the arrangement.
