I was thinking about "main menu" applet structure (as there overall menu
re-structure for dapper)... and I would share some thoughts about it...

I'm not sure about launching "deskbar" as standalone window is possible
without an path (would be easy, most applet's developers do that for
easy debug), this layout will please users who used to windows, who I'm
sure they will not complain about lack of options/futures.
