What I just try to say is, since my brother had that problem, he returned to Windows. And I also know that some companies don't really want to cooperate for providing documentation to Linux developers for writing drivers for such a networkcard (manipulated by microsoft).
Anyway, what do you think about the concept of a new Desktop style mentioned in my previous post?
