Thanks for the replies guys. Well, I'm not sure to be honest. I am a grad software engineer, I have several years of experience in programming (c, c++ and various web technologies). I want to get involved to help the development of ubuntu, its a nice community and I want to be a part of that. I also hope to develop my own skills as a programmer. I would say that Im good on linux/ubuntu but when it comes to the underlying structure then there is alot more I could learn. I think right now I would probably be better off starting with simple tasks, get a hang of how the architecture works, methods of commuication and then hopefully move into the deep end. I'm not too keen on testing, I like writing code! hehe. Someone to guide me along the way and checkover my code would be nice too. :)
Regards Shaolin
