Three changes:
1) Remove the packaging branch for the lightdm project, since this MP merges
the packaging to be inline:

2) Deconfigure raring builds in the mir-team staging PPA, per Robert Ancell's
request.
3) Remove the lightdm-unity branch, since it's no longer needed anymore.
