Do NOT file a bug telling us that the new scrollbars look bad - we know https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+3.0/+bug/1450747 We also know that they don't currently work with all applications such as gnome-terminal https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-terminal/+bug/1451924 but we will try to work with upstreams to get this fixed.
