For eds, only ui-part of UOA should be removed. But not
gSignon-glib/libsignon-glib1 integration. Otherwise it won't possible
to add accounts from pantheon-control-center and from other DEs. Signon
integration also makes it possible to add google account without gui.
Empathy integration was just a patch to provide mcp-account-manager-uoa
and account-plugins which I believe was already removed. No?
