Ubuntu Live was scheduled for July 21-22 in Portland, Oregon. Canonical has decided to replace it with Ubuntu sessions at Oscon (July 21-25 in Portland, Oregon), as well as several regional events in North America, Europe and Asia. Canonical believes this structure will better suit people who were travelling to Oregon for Oscon. Details of the regional events will be made public later. All the registered attendees, speakers, and press people have been contacted by O'Reilly with details of refunds or equivalent offers.
