Sounds fairly normal to me...heck, only 100MB for Firefox?  I'm surprised to 
see that Firefox is currently using only 462MB for me.  It's usually at least 
700MB, sometimes over 1GB just for that process.

Well....xorg sounds kind of high, but if you're using Compiz...
