We'll see. The server is currently blocked by new BIND breaking things (upstream is working on them), and not having a -dev package for bind9-dyndb-ldap. An older issue is that Dogtag still depends on JDK8 which is why it got removed in the first place (again). But if you just need the client, then that could maybe be restored.
