the system (mouse and keyboard).
And this is not logical: if <user> has the power to install usbguard, then he 
must have the power to configure it initially, so he is not locked out. 
And this initial configuration must not have to be done in the terminal, to 
break even more by typos, it must be possible with usbguard-applet-qt. 
Otherwise the idea is good, but unfortunately badly realized.
Now the computer is usbguard-free again.
