Ubuntu developers,

This is my first time writing in. Thank you for making Ubuntu. I am
thankful for it.

I'd like to propose that you make nemo the default file manager packaged
with Ubuntu in the future instead of Nautilus. My justification is centered
around utility, use of space, and features. Please see the portion of my
answer near the bottom titled "*Why use nemo over Ubuntu's default nautilus
file manager?*" here:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1066752/how-to-set-nemo-as-the-default-file-manager-in-ubuntu-18-04/1173861#1173861
.

Have you considered nemo before? Why do we hold onto Nautilus, when it
doesn't even offer a "compact" view? I consider this view to be essential
to any good file manager. The nemo file manager has far more features which
I use every day.

Lastly, adding the Thunar Bulk Rename utility as a default package on
Ubuntu, as well as the Shutter screenshot tool, would also be helpful.

Thanks!
