Thanks - the retry worked for pandas and theano.
statsmodels failed because it was temporarily BD-Uninstallable - this
should now be fixed, so please retry it if that doesn't happen
automatically.
Could this have also affected autopkgtests? pandas is now being held in
-proposed because a snakemake autopkgtest hung:
