So my question is very simple... how to tell Gnome Calendar to always
use my manually set time zone??? Because of this stupidity I missed some
important meetings in the past!
I can't answer because i use https://calendar.google.com/calendar/
and I'm perfectly glad with it.
I had not noticed there's a Gnome calendar ;-)
Oh, and BTW, when can we expect a working (!) Google calendar
integration to Thunderbird (which is default Ubuntu mail app)?
There's a Thunderbird Calendar addon called Lightening.
But I disabled it because it wants to send alerts from a dormant desktop.
What I use is multiple e-mail reminders.
If I want an alert at the last e-mail, I start one or more smartphone clocks.

Envoyé de mon immobile Thunderbird, et sans virus non plus grâce à seulement Ubuntu,

All the best,

André.
