Your bug list is incomplete (see pykaraoke on powerpc for one example). Without a complete list (I've no idea what else is missing, but the number of new build failures on py* packages on http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/ftbfs/ is noticably longer than your bug list). I agree we need to move forward, but I think we need to understand where we are first. It may be OK, but I don't get the impression it's been looked at very hard.
