There's been a little discussion of this on anjuta-devel-list [1] over the past couple of days. I'm not really sure what sort of questions you have about IDE integration; what do you need to know? The Anjuta devs hang out on #anjuta on irc.gnome.org and I'm sure they'd be happy to talk about this directly, or I'm happy to liaise with them if you'd prefer.
