Evan is modeling this event after Pycon's testing BOF, which if you haven't ever attended, is *highly* recommended. It's done at night, with pizzas and libations, lots of raucous enthusiasm, good natured ribbing, and goats. It's a wonderful mix of technical goodness and social entertainment.
