Hello fellow developers,

the Apport retracer automatically detects duplicates and closes
duplicate bugs with removing all potentially sensitive attachments
(stack traces, etc.). However, sometimes you want to get an updated
stack trace, e. g. when a major new library landed. To do this, you
can now tag the master bug with "apport-request-retrace", and the next
incoming duplicate will then have its stack trace attached to the
master bug (but only if it is actually useful).

Unfortunately staging.lp.net is down, so I could not test this very
much. Please let me know if you have problems with this.

This was requested in https://launchpad.net/bugs/869982

Thanks!

Martin
