In that context (and I don't disagree with Matt), yes, this is a Guide for the Ubuntu platform development. So, part of the aim here is to give the guide an unambiguous name for newcomers to Ubuntu Development. It's unambiguous if you've read Matt's 3 Ps, but probably not if you haven't. Maybe the rest of developer.ubuntu.com could benefit from an explanation of the terminology? And (not quite so) subtle hints towards changing Ubuntu ould be spread around?
