I have had arguments in my LUG with people who think Ubuntu should not ship any translations because they're just a waste of disk space and that C(ASCII) is the One True Value for $LANG, Unicode and UTF-8 are evil, and anyone who uses any other charset can go jump off a cliff. As someone who loves studying languages, it makes me want to slap them with a fish over TCP/IP. -- Mackenzie Morgan -- ubuntu-devel mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel
