I don't know how to do that. I'll ask, but I would guess the answer is no at this point due to the newness of armhf in Ubuntu. Pushing the source packages and having armhf build them in the archive isn't a problem, it just means that for a few days you might find that some packages are "held" back until all the packages that satisfy "breaks" and "depends" clauses are available.
