Ideally, something like this should be hooked up to apt, with an appropriate config option somewhere among the unattended upgrades or autoremove settings. Do we keep a successful boot flag for each kernel somewhere? It would be nice if the tool kept the currently running kernel, and the 3-5 previous kernels that have successfully booted.
