Maybe I'm misunderstanding something, but can't this be dropped next regular release already? Lucid -> Precise upgrades will remove mkpasswd package. So in Precise+1 there couldn't ever be the possibility to encounter a system that still has the old mkpasswd from lucid installed? Cheers, Andreas
