While I like this in theory, in practice it creates more build churn than necessary, Even on the new panda arm* builders Wireshark takes almost 2 hours. While it's true that superseded builds are skipped, that's only if they haven't started yet. You could have the same result of giving credit by merging in bzr in the UDD branch and using the --author flag to give credit to each person. Then, once all the changes are merged in, you could do one upload. These "credited" contributions can be taken into account for dev applications as well.
