what happens in case of a namespace conflict with Debian? Given that apps are not only in dpkg's namespace of all installed applications, as they also refer to paths within /usr. Can a package in Ubuntu be updated through this process? Will a package that appears in Ubuntu proper supersede the application submitted through this process? Will the version for use by apt and dpkg be prefixed, so that it does not collide? (I see todo items referencing a version numbering scheme, but I don't see it spelled out at first glance.)
