Depends on what actually gets discussed next week. A single hour-long session on cadence isn't going to help much. A whole bunch of sessions exploring every aspect of the Ubuntu development model that would be impacted by a "hypothetical" change might be adequate. But, those meetings will be radically more productive if people have a chance to think through the details ahead of time.
