I got a bug filed against landscape-client today
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/landscape-client/+bug/1159997) complaining
that it wouldn't start on Raring unless libgudev-1.0-0 is installed.
I checked and it seems that on Oneiric, Precise and Quantal
gir1.2-gudev-1.0 pulls in libgudev-1.0, but not on Raring. And
landscape-client depends on gir1.2-gudev-1.0.
So, before I add an explicit dependency for libgudev-1.0 in
landscape-client in Raring, I thought I should ask if gir1.2-gudev-1.0
dropped the dependency on libgudev-1.0 by mistake or on purpose.
Yes, gir1.2-gudev-1.0 should pull in libgudev-1.0; this would be a
packaging bug in gir1.2-gudev-1.0.
